Paul Marston, Chief Operating Officer, Performance Solutions

Paul Marston is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) who serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Performance Solutions, LLC, a SaaS team primarily focused on the HR software business. Previously, Paul led HR Performance Solutions' sales and strategic alliances. With over 20 years of proven SaaS sales experience, he presided over consistent record-breaking annual sales growth and increased HRPS partnership program sales revenue by 500% in the last three years.

Paul is also responsible for growth and retention across all HR Performance Solutions products, overseeing successful marketing strategies, optimizing and expanding lead sources, and introducing forward-looking functionality to the HRPS suite of products.

Wendy Vadnais, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, CUSG and the Michigan Credit Union League

Aaron Adams, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, CUSG

Aaron Adams is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CUSG (CUSG), supervising all four operating divisions of Technology, Marketing, HR Performance and Strategic Advisory.

Aaron previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Performance Solutions, LLC, which is a SaaS team primarily focused in the HR software business. Under Aaron’s leadership, the team exceeded growth targets and continued to see strong sales performance.

Prior to joining CUSG, Aaron worked for the Detroit office of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served on the audit teams of Domino's Pizza, Ford Motor Company, and CMS Energy.

Aaron has earned an MBA from the University of Michigan, holds a B.S. in Accountancy, and earned licensure as a Certified Public Accountant.

Tim Bohlman, Chief Technology Officer, CUSG

Tim Bohlman is chief technology officer for CUSG, where he oversees all mobile and web development and implements new software and Internet technologies including the MCUL/CUSG Intranet and websites as well as numerous credit union websites.

Prior to joining CUSG, he worked for the Oakland University Mathematics Department performing research and programming dynamic systems. Tim received his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Oakland University in 1995.

He resides in Livonia with his son, Josh.

Lisa Rizk, Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer, CUSG

Lisa Rizk is executive vice president and chief revenue officer, where she manages all sales and marketing activities for various divisions, partners and products. Lisa also works closely with CUSG’s business partners to ensure the brand is upheld in the marketplace on a local, regional and national level.

Previously, as Director of Sales & Marketing for CUcorp and CU Village.com, Lisa worked with credit unions and leagues nationally on researching, consulting, implementing and marketing e-business and other technology-related products and services.

She has earned her MBA from Davenport University in 2006 with a specialty in marketing, and holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Central Michigan University.

Lisa is a member of the American Management Association, the Marketing and Sales Executives of Detroit and the American Marketing Association.

Patty Corkery, President/Chief Executive Officer, CUSG

Patty Corkery is the President/CEO of the Michigan Credit Union League and CUSG.

At the League, she oversees all operations of the trade association and its service corp, MCULSC. She oversees the advocacy, education, marketing and communications teams. Her position includes educating the community, lawmakers and the industry on the credit union difference and promoting the financial strength of credit unions in both Michigan and the nation. For the service corporation, wholly owned by MCUL, Corkery works to maximize relationships with credit union partners.

CUSG, a Michigan CUSO with majority ownership held by MCUL, operates three divisions: Marketing + Technology, Human Resource Performance and Financial Empowerment. CUSG is a national partner of hundreds of credit unions, most leagues and thousands of other financial institutions and businesses nationwide.

Corkery holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, a law degree from Wayne State University Law School and earned her MBA from Walsh College.

Corkery is the Chair of the Board of Directors for League InfoSight. She also serves on the boards of the American Association of Credit Union Leagues; the Credit Union House, the home away from home for credit unions advocating in our nation’s capital; the Michigan Business Connection, a CUSO supporting small- and medium-sized organizations; Lighthouse Michigan, a beacon of hope for families in need of food, shelter and other basic needs and CUSG partners Marquis, CalcXML and Think|Stack. Corkery also helps lead the Michigan Sister Society for the Global Women’s Leadership Network.

She is a collaborator and enjoys learning from her team. Her motto is: Because life is short, never stop learning or experiencing.
